Deliverable Acceptance Policy:

Engineering deliverables, drawings, layouts, reports, BOQs, specifications, calculations, and documentation shall be considered accepted if no technical objections are raised within a reasonable review period after submission. Subsequent revisions outside the agreed scope may involve additional commercial charges.

Revision & Change Request Policy:

Project revisions requested after approval stages, finalized submissions, or scope confirmation may affect timelines, require additional coordination, involve additional engineering fees, and require revised project schedules. Major design modifications shall be treated as additional scope unless otherwise agreed.

BISMI MEP DESIGN CONSULTANTS may accept payments through various secure online payment systems, banking channels, international payment providers, digital wallets, UPI systems, wire transfers, payment gateways, and approved financial platforms available in India or internationally.

Available payment methods may change from time to time based on operational, banking, technical, regional, or compliance requirements.

• Payments made for completed consultation, planning, coordination, or drafting stages are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only if duplicate payments occurred, verified gateway errors happened, or work has not commenced on the target milestone.
• Custom BOQs, shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications are classified as non-refundable items once prepared.

Clients must supply accurate site conditions, architectural plans, and structural details to avoid coordinate mismatches. BISMI MEP DESIGN CONSULTANTS is not liable for project timeline delays caused by client response lag, site access limits, contractor revisions, or force majeure events.

Engineering recommendations and deliverables are based on available project information, client requirements, industry standards, and engineering assumptions. Final execution quality depends on contractors, site conditions, material quality, installation practices, and operational management. International Client Terms:
