Refund Policy for Engineering Consulting & Professional Services
This Refund Policy explains the payment, cancellation, refund, revision, and project-related financial conditions applicable to services provided by BISMI MEP DESIGN CONSULTANTS. By making payments, using our services, or entering into professional engagement with our organization, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

BISMI MEP DESIGN CONSULTANTS provides highly customized, professional engineering consulting services. These deliverables include HVAC Design, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Design, Fire Protection Consulting, ELV System Design, MEP Coordination, BOQ Preparation, Technical Documentation, Shop Drawings, Sustainable MEP Consulting, Execution Support, and general engineering advisory services.
Most services involve significant intellectual capital, advanced calculations, and customized project workflows. Due to the professional and customized nature of these services, refund eligibility is limited once engineering tasks or project evaluation have commenced.
All transactions, refund calculations, and financial disputes are officially governed and managed under our registered micro-enterprise MSME entity in India.

Project milestones officially initiate only after the receipt of advance clearance, payment confirmation, agreed scope approval, and delivery of requested site documentation.
Payments are handled securely via varied digital systems, wire transfers, bank networks, and standard gateway solutions. Work on specific detailed milestones will be suspended immediately if preceding financial terms are delayed or unfulfilled.
Refunds are treated exceptionally and are subject to verification by our billing department. Refund requests may only be approved under the following conditions:
- Verification of duplicate payments or transaction errors inside banking networks.
- Confirmed system processing errors where amounts are deducted but the transaction fails.
- Project cancellation requests filed and approved before our engineering team begins any work.
Due to the direct allocation of resources, calculations, and custom engineering efforts, the following categories are strictly excluded from refund eligibility:
- Initial engineering consultation and technical advisory charges.
- Completed drawing layouts, shop drawings, and specialized single-line diagrams.
- Customized Bill of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and tender dossiers.
- Interdisciplinary MEP coordination files, BIM models, and clash reports.
- Completed retrofitting assessments, energy audit calculations, and technical site reviews.
Once our engineering team initiates drafting, data calculations, spatial mapping, or detailed research on your project, refund eligibility decreases. Partial refunds for active milestones are evaluated solely based on the volume of work completed, hours utilized, and technical files already shared with the client.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may file written cancellation requests. If approved before significant engineering tasks begin, refunds may be allowed after deducting a standard administrative and consultation fee.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel project services immediately if payments are unfulfilled, fraudulent activity is detected, client coordination fails repeatedly, or severe compliance violations occur. Under such conditions, fees for completed milestones remain non-refundable.
Minor revisions within the agreed scope are supported where operationally feasible during defined review periods. However, major scope changes, redrafting requests due to architectural updates, or extensive layout additions require additional engineering fees and separate commercial approval.
Refunds do not apply under any circumstances to completed, customized, or previously approved revisions that have already been designed and delivered by our team.
International Transactions:
For international clients: currency conversion charges, cross-border intermediary bank fees, and processing tariffs may apply. Approved refunds for international payments will be returned less any currency fluctuation losses, bank deductions, or processing charges.
Online Payment Disclaimer:
BISMI MEP DESIGN CONSULTANTS is not responsible for transaction declines, gateway downtimes, banking server failures, or transaction delays caused by payment processors or bank clearance checks.
Fraud & Chargeback Prevention:
Unjustified chargebacks, fraudulent transaction reports, or false billing disputes will result in immediate project suspension, permanent platform restriction, and formal legal escalation to competent authorities.
Technical Consulting Disclaimer:
Our consulting solutions are generated based on industry standards and precise technical evaluations. BISMI MEP DESIGN CONSULTANTS does not manufacture equipment, perform physical site construction, or guarantee third-party contractor workmanship. Refunds or fee reductions do not apply in the event of third-party operational failures beyond our control.
Applicable Law & Legal Jurisdiction:
This Refund Policy is governed and interpreted strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes, payment claims, or legal actions relating to transactions, billing, refunds, or consulting services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India.
